JUMPIN' GYMKIDS GYMNASTICS/DANCE/CHEERNASTICS
OVERNIGHT CAMP!
To all Gymnasts, Dancers and Pep squad members (Beg-Adv):
JUMPIN’ GYMKIDS (JGK) invites you to an awesome 3 days of training
at the Mary & Joseph Retreat Center in beautiful Palos Verdes!
With a focus on:
*Flexibility
*Strength
*Technique
*Teamwork
Campers will also enjoy fun activities like:
*Movie Night (cheer and dance movies)
*Reggaeton Dance Class
*Contests
And so much more...
This is no ordinary camp, it’s a camp/Catholic retreat! One of our local
Catholic youth leaders here in the South Bay, will lead group prayer and
discussion about team work and encouragement. This is just a little taste
of the things we have in store for this camp.
Our retreat focus is:
"USING YOUR WORDS WISELY?"
In our circle time, we choose a topic for the entire camp/retreat. We
perform skits and join in group discussion about handling ourselves as
positive young ladies.
Choose your roommate! Bring a friend, cousin or sister with you to be
your roommate. Each room has twin beds and its own bathroom. (see
below Mary & Joseph Retreat for tour)
We are strong believers in team efforts and positive praise! We want to
spread that in the South Bay!
GIRLS ONLY! (Sorry guys...we'll have something fun for you another time :)

8:00 a.m.- Breakfast
9:00 a.m.-Group warm up
9:30-10:30 a.m.-Training
10:30-11:30 a.m.-Training

12:40 p.m.-1:40 p.m-Lunch
1:40 p.m.-3:30 p.m.-Activity time
3:30-5:00-Routines/Workshops
5:00-5:30 Showers and relax
5:30-6:30 p.m.-Dinner
Free time
7:30-Circle Time w/ youth leader
8:30-snack and a movie
10:30-Lights out!
COST: $425 Includes: accommodations*all meals/snacks*training*extra fun stuff
All groups will have a retreat leader (a parent, teacher or coach) that will supervise
at all times. Bring a friend and room with them. Parents are welcome to come but
there is an additional cost for you.
