GYMNASTICS is one of the most
popular sports learned to date! There
have been articles written saying that
once you train the basics of gymnastics,
you're a better athlete for all sports.
Why? Because it covers full body
conditioning and flexibility.

Gymnasts learn and gain:

The introduction to basic gymnastics is
a fun and healthy way of developing
young athletes and self-esteem. Each
gymnast competes during the school
year and at the end for the mini meet.

HIP-HOP is a fun and exciting form of
dance! You gain Rhythm, Coordination,
Flexibility and working alongside others.
We use popular music that the students are
familiar with and choreograph fun routines
using updated hip-hop moves.

Dancers learn and gain:

1.) Routines
2.) Performance
3.) Healthy competition
4.) Self-discipline
5.) Body awareness
6.) The art of performing
7.) Confidence
8.) Rhythm

At the end of each session, each class
performs for friends and family. This builds
their performance skills! Advanced groups
are created at each of our schools. JGK
advanced groups have performed off site at
local malls.

CHEERNASTICS
We provide workshops for ages
5-13 and High school squads.
