This is a class inspired by Dance,

 Yoga, Alexander Technique, and

 Physical Fitness.

 You gain Flexibility, Coordination,

 Balance, and the intense workout of

 body and spirit. This class is

 designed to calm your mind while

 strengthening your body.

The instructor will work at each

 person's comfort level to give you the

 most safe and effective way to reach

 your goal. We enhance the class

 with poetry and inspirational quotes

 to remind us how to grow our souls!

A JGK instructor will be taking you

 through this spiritual movement

 journey.

PERSONAL TRAINING

We specialize in training gymnasts

 and dancers and everyone

 appreciates a gymnast or dancer's

 strength and physique. JGK can help

 you with your goals and the best part

 is...we will come to you and train

 you in the privacy of your home or a

 park near you.

We take the conditioning skills and

 flexibility that is used in gymnastics

 and dance to train our clients. Don't

 worry...we won't make you do any

 flips. But we will get you to your

 healthy goal.

 less than a typical private session.

 We want you to get in shape and

be able to see more of us, so we make it affordable.
